Provided that you comply with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to download, install and use authorised copies of a Game on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment. You may receive any free supplementary updates that we make available for that Game.
You must not:
- use a Game for commercial purposes, including operation in a commercial establishment or unauthorised esports or team competition;
- license, sell, rent, lease, transfer, distribute, host or otherwise commercially exploit a Game;
- modify, translate, adapt, merge, create derivative works from, disassemble, decompile or reverse engineer any part of a Game, except where applicable law does not allow this restriction;
- access a Game to build a similar or competing service or application;
- copy, reproduce, distribute or republish any part of a Game except as expressly permitted by these Terms; or
- use a Game in breach of applicable law, including relevant import and export rules.
4. Third-party services
A Game may include content or features provided by third parties, such as leaderboards, game networks or platform services. The terms and privacy policies of those third parties apply to their services and features. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.
5. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Games. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you confirm that your parent or legal guardian has read and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. You must also meet the conditions of applicable law and must not have been previously banned from our games, unless we have lifted that restriction.
6. Feedback
If you send us suggestions, ideas or feedback about a Game or future games or content, you give us permission to use that feedback without restriction or payment. We are not required to keep feedback confidential, acknowledge it or provide credit, even if you request this in your submission.
